FREIGHT FACTORING — SAME-DAY FUNDING
Haul today.
Get paid today.
Freight factoring turns open invoices into operating cash with advances up to 100% — built for owner-operators and new authorities who cannot wait weeks for a broker to pay.
FREIGHT FACTORING
When the load is delivered
but the money is not.
Freight factoring is not a loan. You are selling an invoice you have already earned, so approval leans on your customer’s credit rather than years of business history.
Up to 100% advance
Submit the invoice and paperwork; funding can hit the same business day.
New authority friendly
Approval leans on who owes you, not on how long you have been running.
Broker credit checks
Knowing which brokers actually pay is half the job. Ask before you book.
A CLEAR PATH TO CAPITAL
Focused process.
Useful options.
A straightforward route from your initial request to a financing structure you can put to work.
Review customers and invoices
Share the basics on your receivables — who you haul for, invoice volume, and the payment terms you are carrying.
Set the factoring structure
Go through the advance, the fee, the verification process, and the servicing details before anything is signed.
Submit eligible invoices
Once the account is open, verified invoices can be submitted and funded as they are delivered.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Before you factor,
know how it works.
Is factoring a loan?
No. You are selling an invoice you have already earned. There is no loan balance and no repayment schedule — the broker pays the factor directly when the invoice comes due.
Can I factor with a brand-new authority?
Yes. Because approval depends mostly on your customer’s credit, a short business history is much less of an obstacle than it is for a loan.
How fast does the money arrive?
Same-day funding is standard once the invoice and supporting paperwork are submitted and the broker checks out. The first invoice usually takes slightly longer while your account is set up.
Do I have to factor every load?
It depends on the program. Some agreements are all-in, others let you choose invoice by invoice. Tell us how you want it to work and we will point you at matching programs.
What if the broker never pays?
That depends on whether the agreement is recourse or non-recourse. It is one of the most important differences between programs, and worth a five-minute call before you sign.
Can I factor and finance equipment together?
Yes, and it is a common combination. Factoring stabilizes cash flow while equipment financing handles the truck itself.
