These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tobocapitalgroup.com (the “site”), operated by Tobo Capital Group LLC. By using the site or submitting a funding request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We are a broker, not a lender
Tobo Capital Group LLC is a commercial finance broker, not a direct lender. We do not make credit decisions and we do not lend our own funds. We arrange financing through third-party lender partners, each of which sets its own underwriting standards, rates, fees and final terms.
All financing is subject to credit approval by the funding partner. Programs, rates, terms and availability come from those partners and are subject to change without notice.
Nothing on this site is an offer, commitment or guarantee of financing, and nothing on it approves any request in advance.
Business purposes only
The financing we arrange is for business and commercial purposes only. We do not arrange consumer credit — that is, credit primarily for personal, family or household purposes — and this site is not intended for consumers seeking such credit.
How we are paid
Consultations are free. We do not charge you a consultation fee or an application fee for exploring your options or for arranging financing.
We are typically compensated by the lender or funding source when a transaction we arrange is funded. That compensation may vary by partner, product and transaction size, and it may affect which options are presented to you. A lender may charge its own costs in the transaction itself, such as documentation fees; those are set by that lender and disclosed to you in writing before you sign. Where any fee would be payable by you, we will tell you before you commit to anything.
You should compare any offer you receive against other options before you accept it.
No financial, tax or legal advice

Actual availability, pricing and timing depend on the funding partner, the asset, your business’s financial profile and credit history, documentation, and how quickly third parties respond.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
When you use this site or submit a request, you represent and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old and are using the site for business purposes
- You are authorized to submit the request on behalf of the business named in it
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You will promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate
- You will not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, and will not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it
Authorization to share your request and to obtain credit information
By submitting a request, you authorize us to share the information you provide with lender partners and funding sources for the purpose of evaluating that request, and you authorize those partners to contact you about it.
You also authorize us and our partners to obtain business and personal credit information as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request. Where a partner conducts a hard credit inquiry that may affect a credit score, that partner will obtain your separate authorization first.
Partner application portals and third-party links
For some financing types, we redirect you to a lender partner’s application portal and pass along the contact details you gave us so you do not have to enter them again. Those portals are operated by the partner, not by us.
This site may also link to other third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, products or decisions.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and marks on this site are owned by Tobo Capital Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or reuse them without our permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tobo Capital Group LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to submit.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
