These are the terms of the text message program operated by Tobo Capital Group LLC (“TOBO Capital Group”). Text messages come from (312) 373-6161.
How to opt in
There are two ways, and both are your choice:
- Check the box labeled “Text me about my financing application (optional)” on any application form on this site. The box is unchecked by default and the form submits without it.
- Tell a TOBO representative on a phone call that texting you is fine. We record the date, who you spoke with, and what you agreed to.
Consent to text messages is never a condition of any purchase or of receiving financing. You can ask for financing without it.
What we send
Messages about a financing request you submitted, and nothing else:
- the status of your application
- a request for a document we still need
- a request to call us back
- a link to our application form
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text about offers, rates or amounts.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. It depends on your request — typically a handful of messages while your file is open, and none after it closes.
Cost
Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.
HELP
Reply HELP to any message from us. You can also call (630) 686-6296 or email info@tobocapitalgroup.com.
STOP
Reply STOP to any message and we will send no more text messages to that number. STOP works at any time and costs you nothing. Stopping text messages does not affect your application, and it does not stop us from calling or emailing you about a request you submitted.
Privacy
We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes, and your text consent is never shared with anyone, including our funding partners. When you ask us to place your request with a funding partner, we pass your application details to that partner so they can respond. Funding partners contact you by phone or email only.
